Oh My! I gain too much weight!

Assalamualaikum :)

Okey sumpah harini terkejut gila! tak sampai sebulan and I gain too much weight lah. OMG!
Memang notice gila bila maghrib tadi cari baju kurung nak pergi surau (sebab baju banyak dekat kolej & tak bawak balik) dan baju-baju kurung tu memang dah pakai since form 4 until now, and bulan lepas pakai still muat. But today, sarung-sarung! Oh my Allah. sumpah dah ketat. Rasa nak pengsan bila tengok baju yang selama 5tahun pakai sebelum ni dah ketat. Okey stress dah melanda. IDK how can i gain weight too much like that. Perasan weight naik sikit demi sikit sejak sebelum masuk sem4 haritu. Tak tahu apa kena. 😞

Rasanye ni mesti stress time nak final exam sem3 dulu then bila cuti benda tu terbawak-bawak then masuk sem 4 lagi stress so,yeah.. I can see "hasil"nye. 😔😭

Anyway please! siapa ada tips yang berkesan nak lost weight balik. Dah la masuk sem 4 ni makin stress.. banyak kerja.. tahu pulak weight gain too much..lagi lah buat stress. :( sesiapa yang ada tips or pengalaman sendiri please share dekat comment please. Really need tips untuk lost weight. 😢
